QUESTION: Can God give two of His children the SAME message?

ANSWER: YES

My brother, who is an ordained Elder, was scheduled to preach at a church in Detroit. He asked me a few weeks prior to accompany him by ministering in song directly before his sermon.

I sought the Lord through consecration about a song to sing. God gave me the song “Keep on the Firing Line”.

When God gave me this song to sing I had NO idea what sermon was provided to my brother by God to preach to the people.

Well, a few days prior to the date the sermon was scheduled to be delivered to the people from God, my brother notified me and other friends and loved ones that the topic of his sermon was going to be “The Heart of a Finisher”.

I was immediately HUMBLED and began to glorify God because I was comforted in knowing that we BOTH KNOW HOW TO HEAR FROM GOD!

The song that the Lord gave me was “Keep on the Firing Line”. The sermon that the Lord gave my brother was “The Heart of a Finisher”.

Hence, I sung the song “Keep on the Firing Line” before my brother delivered the sermon “The Heart of a Finisher”.

God wanted the people to be encouraged to finish this race in Christ Jesus by fighting the good fight of faith. Keep on the firing line and keep the heart of a finisher. Don’t give up. Don”t lose heart. Be not weary in well doing. You shall reap if you faint not. Stand fast. Put on the WHOLE armor of God. That is the ONLY way you will be able to stand in the evil day. Uphold the righteousness of Jesus Christ through the ENTIRE race.The joy is before us. In order for you to be used by God effectively in ministry, you must have the Holy Spirit. 进一步, God does not just want ministers to present sermons or sing songs that make people feel good or always make people SHOUT. God wants His ministers to be obedient and speak and/or sing the message(s) that HE gives. [PERIOD]
