  1. Confía en dios siempre.
  2. Amar y obedecer a Dios.
  3. Ama a la gente.
  4. Raise your children to love and respect God and people.
  5. Respect your elders even when they’re wrong or when you don’t agree with them.
  6. When you visit the sick, bereaved, the fatherless, widows and elderly, bring presents AND your presence.
  7. God’s tools help you to better cope and deal with things on this earth.
  8. What other people think of you is none of your business.
  9. Replace worrying with praying.
  10. Exercise with strength-building 3 -5 times a week.
  11. The safest place is to be in God’s will.
  12. Always consult God in everything you do. His opinion matters the very most.
  13. Keep on living for God and you will see great and amazing things happen in your life.
  14. When you are grieving, rest well, surround yourself with supportive friends and make time to cry but not too much- even though it hurts – otherwise, your body and mind will not know when to stop crying.
  15. Intermittent fast 16:8 at least 5 days a weekhelps your mind, body and soul.
  16. Pray Always.
  17. Embrace and believe God’s promises for your life.
  18. God talks through many avenues including dreams and visions. Are you listening?
  19. Embrace the peace that God gives through the storms of life.
  20. All things work out together for the good of them who love the Lord.
  21. It doesn’t matter how slow you run the race, just run it well and finish well.
  22. Treat everybody right. God doesn’t like when we treat people ugly. He knows how to put you and I in check.
  23. Hard work DOES pay off.
  24. You can get people to do more being sweet and loving than you can being meaneven if you think they don’t deserve your kindness.
  25. Be a giver to good ground.
  26. Whatever you sow is what you reap. Seasons do change so watch how you sow and reap.
  27. A secret is a secret, and you never expose somebody’s secrets unless it’s a matter of life or death or to protect someone from harm AND ONLY tell the ones who NEED to know.
  28. If you want something done right, don’t do it yourself, ask God to help you.
  29. Cuando las personas te tratan mal, pray that God has mercy on them. Go high when they go low always. Be compassionate.
  30. Don’t burn bridges. You may have to walk over that same bridge again. Seasons do change.
  31. That woman’s husband does not belong to you and neither does his wife.
  32. When someone asks you for help, help them even if it’s not what they asked for. Offer something.
  33. Listen to your body. It gives signs for you to do something. Don’t always mask the pain with pain pills, weed or drugs.
  34. Take care of your household.
  35. Don’t hate the good you helped to plant in others. Let them flourish.
  36. Be a better you than you were yesterday.
  37. If you don’t have the strength to do the right thing, ask for help.
  38. Don’t let the left hand know what the right hand is doing. Learn how to move behind the scenes without everybody watching and knowing.
  39. You are never too old. Countless people found success later in life. Samuel L. Jackson got his first big movie at age 43. Julia Child’s first cookbook was printed when she was 50. Colonel Sanders got the chicken business going at age 62. Anything can happen if you follow your heart no matter your age.
  40. Forgive quick. Ask Jesus to help you forgive.
  41. Learn to embrace positivity. Anxiety comes from a place of constant exposure to negative outcomes and stressful and unsettling environments. Find your peace by being positive and standing on God’s promises.
  42. Do something you are passionate about
  43. Love yourself
  44. Face all your fears. If you did it once, you can do it again.
  45. Meditate on Godliness.
  46. Be careful what you consume spiritually. You are what you eat.
  47. Don’t sleep around. That’s too many spirits and bad memories to cart around in your life.
  48. The choices you make now will affect the future you
  49. Replace fear with faith in God’s promises and rest in and on His promises
  50. Be grateful for the meals you have to cook, the appointments you have to keep, the work you have to do, the clothes you have to wash, the drives you have to make, the house you have to clean, etc. It means you are living a full life. Give thanks.
  51. You will mirror those around you so decide who you want to be and who you want to be with.
  52. The best people to spend time with are people who are inspired, open-minded, grateful, motivated and passionate. They will make you strive to become who you were meant to be. My children have been one of my greatest inspirations.
  53. Ask questions. Don’t worry about “looking smart.” You become smart by being curious.
  54. Honoring your father and mother is a commandment from God to the children. Loving your children is a commandment from God to the Father and Mother. Love first.
  55. God IS faithful
  56. The best jewelry a mom has is her children’s arms.

  62. Keep your soul anchored in the Lord
  63. What you treasure most is found in your checkbooks and on your calendars
  64. The favor of God can take you further in purpose than your money can.
  65. Grit is something we must exercise in order to succeed. Every time we get up when we fall, we are one step closer to our goal. Grit evens the playing field because we can choose to use it no matter our education, bank account or beliefs. It is a game-changer.
  66. Travel is good therapy for the mind. Whenever possible, choose to travel. When you see other parts of the country or the world, it changes your brain, and you are a new person. Meet new people, try new food and see new things. It is a priceless experience that changes everything. Don’t forget to pray.
  67. Rest. Take a break or your body will take it for you. Muscles grow after a workout during recovery. We grow when we stop and take a moment to ourselves. All the big ideas come during downtime.
  68. Read as much as possible. Fiction, non-fiction, industry magazines, history books, political pieces, etc. Things you enjoy. Things that are outside of your comfort zone. Read about opinions you don’t agree with and try to see the other side. Read about things you don’t understand. Creativity comes from connecting dots that don’t normally go together. And reading gives you lots of dots to connect.
  69. It’s better to regret things you tried than regret things you didn’t do. At least you learn something new, and you never know what opportunity might be on the other side.
  70. Be kind always. We don’t know what those around us are going through because we all have a chapter we don’t read aloud. Be kind and know that everyone has a weight to carry.
  71. Technology has its place, but human connections will always win. Make eye contact. Ask people about their family. Meet for tea. Pay for the person behind you in the drive-through. The smallest gesture can change someone’s world.
  72. If you are not invited, still love them anyway and show up if they’ll have you.
  73. Know your position in people’s lives. It may not be what you think it is.
  74. Education lasts a lifetime. It’s not just about schools and degrees. It’s about constantly growing and learning. You never want to be the smartest person in the room. If you are, you are in the wrong room.
  75. Cheering on another person’s success takes nothing away from your own journey. One day yours is coming.

  78. People really don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.
  79. You never know who is watching you and how you are making a difference to others. Keep shining that light.
  80. Know thyself. Know what makes you upset, what you’re allergic to, etc.
  81. Author Maya Angelou said, “At the end of the day people won’t remember what you said or did, they will remember how you made them feel.” So, choose your actions appropriately.
  82. No matter how old your children get, they are still your babies. Never leave them to fend for themselves out in the cold. Let them know that they can always come home.
  83. Keep hope alive.
  84. Stop quitting because of your personality conflicts with people.
  85. Maintain everyone’s dignity no matter how vulnerable they are, ie the Elderly, babies, young children, mentally ill, etc.
  86. Embrace the arts. The arts teach us to think differently, dance to our own beat and sing from the heart. The arts promote confidence, individuality, vulnerability, bravery, creativity and expression.
  87. Get life insurance AND NOT just your employer’s life insurance, because if you quit that job so does the life insurance
  88. Finish your Will and get it signed.
